A True Inn Policies
* Check-In time is after 4:00 p.m.
* Check-Out time is 11:00 a.m..
* A True Inn is a tobacco-free and alcohol-free environment.
* No pets.
* Children: Children are welcome.
* Parking: We have FREE off-street parking in the rear of
the property. One vehicle per guest room.
* Gift Certificates are available and can be purchased by
the night, by a package, or by a dollar amount.
* Accepted payment: check, cash, or Pay Pal.
* Deposits: A 50% deposit
is required at the time of booking.
* Cancellations: During the regular season, the cancellation
deadline is 48 hours prior to the date of check-in. However,
the cancellation deadline for Special Events is 21 days prior
to the check-in date. These Special Events include, but are not
limited to, the Keeneland Meets, the Rolex Three-Day Events,
and the Kentucky Derby.
Cancellation deadline for rooms reserved during the
2010 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games™
is six months prior to September 25, 2010.

Lexington Convention and Visitors Center.
If you miss these deadlines you will be charged a
Cancellation Penalty, which is 50% of the total cost of the
reservation.
* Early Check-Out: If a guest checks out before the scheduled
departure date, they will be charged for the entire cost of the
reservation.
* Extra Person Fee: Each room is designed to
accommodate two persons comfortably. To include a third
guest in the same room an Extra Person Fee of $55 a night
will be charged; $85 during Special Events.
A child age two and under may stay with no Extra Person Fee.
* No Shows: If a guest does not check in as scheduled and no
cancellation has been made, they will be charged for the
entire reservation.
* Minimum Stay: During the Keeneland Meets and
Kentucky Derby, a 2-night minimum is required. During the
Rolex Three-Day Events, a 3-night minimum is required.
During the 2010 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games™, a
4-night minimum is required.
* Property Damage: Charges for property damages will be
assessed on an individual basis.
